MEARLCRETE is our most established foam liquid concentrate, introduced in the 1940’s and produced from an organic protein base. The protein formulas have a very rigid bubble structure that allows for MEARLCRETE to reach higher compressive strengths than hybrid or synthetic formulas. Sanded MEARLCRETE mixes reach nearly double the strengths that can be achieved with fully synthetic foaming agents. MEARLCRETE also produces a cellular concrete with very low permeability, test results show water absorption levels around 3%-7%. These characteristics, and the FM approvals and UL listings make MEARLCRETE the ideal product for building materials, including precast blocks, wall panels and other lightweight precast structures, roofing and flooring applications.
