ARX-Transport
Aerix Industries has made advancements in the transport of solid materials, such as mine tailings, sand, or crusher fines by using ARX-Tranport foam technology. Traditional material transport uses water as the transport medium. ARX-Transport technology involves the introduction of foam to replace water as the main transport medium. This process provides a less expensive, environmentally safe alternative to traditional methods.
ARX-Transport suspends the material during transport without segregation. This significantly reduces the need for a high pumping velocity further decreasing the energy demand and allowing for a wider range of adequate pump types. More solids per unit area are pumped when using ARX-Transport compared to using water.
